Bill leads HealthTrend Capital, where he makes investments in healthcare software and services companies.  He currently serves as a board member or observer at GEM HEALTH, N1 Health, and Salute, and he is actively involved with Alder and Auxilius.

Bill has spent his career investing in, building, and advising companies, with a focus on healthcare.  Prior to founding HealthTrend Capital, he was Managing Partner & Chief Business Officer at Trend HealthCare Partners, a healthcare consulting firm.  Previously Bill was Chief of Staff and subsequently Contracting Lead at WithMe Health, a next-generation PBM that he helped incubate within investment firm Oak HC/FT.  As an independent consultant, he supported investment firms M33 Growth and General Catalyst with special projects.  Bill was previously an investor at Nautic Partners, a private equity firm, where he worked on investments including LDI, ExactCare Pharmacy, Community Medical Group, and Warmelin Precision Products.  He began his career as a consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, advising on growth strategy and commercial due diligence for investors and executives at businesses ranging from startups to public companies.  He has a BA from Carleton College.
